Enjoy a simple and colourful salad of finely sliced red cabbage, fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced garlic, very thinly sliced sweet onion, lightly toasted walnuts tossed with quality balsamic vinegar, Walnut oil and a pinch of thyme. Season to taste with Sea salt and fresh ground pepper and voilà! A Simple, nutritious, and easy to prepare salad.
